Terms of Service

1. What BloomOS is

BloomOS is the internal mortgage operations platform operated by Bloom Lending LLC ("Bloom Lending", "we"). It provides loan origination support, customer relationship management, document handling, pricing, and workflow automation for authorized personnel. BloomOS is business software. It is not a consumer product, and it does not itself originate, approve, or price a mortgage loan.

2. Who may use it

Access is limited to employees, contractors, and authorized partners of Bloom Lending who have been issued an account. Accounts are personal and must not be shared. You are responsible for activity performed under your account and for keeping your authentication factors — password, passkey, and multi-factor device — secure. Report any suspected compromise immediately so the session can be revoked.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• access borrower or employee records you have no business need to access;
• export, copy, or transmit data outside approved systems;
• attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, or audit logging;
• use the platform to send communications that violate lending, privacy, or telemarketing law; or
• interfere with the integrity or performance of the platform.

Activity in BloomOS is logged for security and compliance purposes.

4. Connected accounts

BloomOS can connect to third-party services on your behalf — including Microsoft 365 for mail, calendar, files, and Teams. When you authorize a connection, you grant BloomOS the specific permissions shown on that provider's consent screen, and only for the purpose of operating the features you use. You may disconnect an integration at any time from Settings, which revokes the stored tokens.

5. Data and confidentiality

Data in BloomOS — including borrower information, loan files, and business records — belongs to Bloom Lending and, where applicable, to the borrowers it describes. It is confidential. Your right to use it ends when your authorization ends. Handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Statement.

6. Availability

BloomOS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, third-party outages, and changes to integrated services may affect availability. Rate, pricing, and market data shown in the platform is informational and may be delayed or incomplete; it is not a commitment to lend or a quote.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, including immediately upon the end of employment or engagement, or where continued access presents a security or compliance risk.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
